DT-20 thermometer is designed to measure temperature in boilers, smokehouse chambers, and cold stores. The thermometer is protected by a water and dust resistant casing, what makes it adjusted to function in adverse conditions. Casing protection degree of the device is IP66. The probe is made of acid-resistant steel of the 1H18N9T type, and it has a connecting wire with a silicone insulation of 4 mb length. The probe's wire can function in the temperature range from -50°C to 200°C. The measurement result is shown on a 4-element LED display. The fourth digit stands for the 10th part of a degree (in °C). For temperatures below 0 there is a minus added before its value.
DT-20 thermometer is calibrated with the use of DTI 1000 control thermometer of Ametek Jofra Instruments production (serial number 008954-01159) that complies with the UE's standard Declaration of Conformity. The high quality of the thermometer and compliance of its technical data was confirmed by Regional Verification Office in Krakow in a Calibration Certificate no. 97/561 issued on 06.08.1997.
